More information
Do you sell teas or coffee?
We don’t sell food or drinks, but you’re welcome to bring your own or grab something from one of our neighbouring cafes. If you’d like to bring alcohol, please bring proof of age (18+). We ask that you take your rubbish with you when you leave – especially any glass.
Cancellation and refund
Full payment is required 2 weeks in advance – this acts as your deposit. We have a 48-hour cancellation and refund policy, which includes changes to group numbers.
For societies and social group events, a 72-hour cancellation and refund policy applies, including group number changes.
Painting session pots are ready to collect 2 weeks after your session. Making session pots are ready 1 month after. Please collect within 1 month of your collection date – after this, pots will be donated to charity or recycled.
Glazing and firing
We put a lot of care into every piece, but glazing and firing isn’t an exact science – kilns can be unpredictable, and glaze spotting or the occasional bit of brick dust can occur. It’s one of the charms (and sometimes frustrations!) of working with handmade ceramics. Where we can, we’ll re-fire a piece to fix any issues. In the unlikely event that your pottery cracks or breaks in the kiln, we’ll always offer a replacement voucher.
